Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the JobVela app, this support website and our support email handle information. JobVela is provided by the developer identified on its App Store listing. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@loveaiwork.com.
1. Information stored on your device
Job names, customer names, locations you enter, visit dates, notes, business names and copies of selected photos are stored in the app's local storage. JobVela has no user account or developer-operated cloud sync. We do not receive these records merely because you use the app. Your device backups may include app data, depending on your Apple settings.
2. Photos and permissions
Camera access is used when you choose to take a photo. The system photo picker provides access to the images you select. The current version does not request location permission or collect your GPS position. Job locations are entered by you.
3. Purchases
Apple processes purchases and payments. The app uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to verify Pro access on your device. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide the developer with sales and financial reports under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
4. Reports, sharing and backups
PDF reports and exported backups may contain personal information, including customer details, notes and photos. They leave the app when you choose to save or share them through another service, or through device backup features you enable. The receiving service's privacy practices apply. Review recipients and content before sharing.
5. Support email
If you email support@loveaiwork.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Our email providers may process these communications. Send only what is necessary. We retain support correspondence as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable legal obligations; you may request deletion.
6. This website
This static website is hosted by Cloudflare. Visiting it involves processing technical information such as IP address, request time and browser information to deliver and secure the website. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may process security and operational data under its own privacy policy. Opening an email link uses your email application.
7. Access, deletion and control
You can review or edit local records in the app. Recently Deleted retains jobs until you permanently delete them. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app may retain data. Previously exported PDFs, backups and device backups must be managed separately. We cannot retrieve or erase local records remotely. For support correspondence, contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Rights depend on applicable law.
8. Security, service providers and changes
We do not sell personal information or include advertising or analytics SDKs in the app. Apple, Cloudflare and email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Protect your device and backups, and avoid sharing sensitive customer information unnecessarily. This policy will be updated if the app's data practices change; the update date appears above.
Photo editing and original copies
Cropping and rotation happen on your device. JobVela keeps the imported app copy and editing settings so you can restore that copy. Imported images are resized to a maximum long edge of 1800 pixels; restoring does not recover a full-resolution camera or photo-library original. Editing does not change your system photo library. PDF reports use the edited image. Library backups include the uncropped app copy and editing settings, so cropped-out content remains in backups. Cropping is not a secure way to erase sensitive information. Review files before sharing.
